Does This Sound Like You?
Struggling with a low-level feeling of discontentment and a longing for more even though from all outward appearances you're living a picture-perfect life.
Facing or contemplating a personal or professional pivot point in your life and craving clarity and assurance that the decision you make is aligned with your truest self and not just what's expected of you.
Postponing joy for some imaginary date in the future by convincing yourself you're not settling but simply too busy to do anything about it right now.
Believing it's too late to pursue the dreams and passions you've always had in your heart and overwhelmed by the realization that you have no idea how or where to even start if you could.
Stuck in a cycle of comparing your life to others'.
I SEE YOU...
It felt like it happened over night. Like one day I was living the "good life", and the next I was devoid of passion and unsure of whose definition of the good life I was living.
I ran through the mental checklist of all aspects of my life, trying to figure out which one was responsible for this sudden feeling of malaise, but I kept coming up empty.
Desperate for a name for what I was feeling, I turned to Google and was introduced to the concept of "burnout".
I, like many, maybe even yourself, thought burnout was a term summarizing the feelings of exhaustion and overwhelm one might experience from going at an unsustainable pace for so many years.
I was wrong, and this is when everything in my life changed.
You see, burnout doesn't happen over night and it isn't a result of your circumstances.
Burnout happens when your focus becomes too narrow and you stop paying attention to your passions and your dreams, and all the things in your heart you're not pursuing because you're afraid, or think you're too old, or that you're too busy, or maybe just because you don't know how or where to start.
No matter how successful you are or how good your life looks from the outside, if you are not actively taking steps to pursue what is in your heart, you will never experience life to the fullest and experience true joy and contentment.
I reclaimed control of my destiny and curated a blueprint designed to guide fiercely ambitious women toward their purpose and a life they truly adore.
Don't die before you really live."
